The Union Chapel Counseling Center was established in 1999 when Union Chapel Ministries hired Dr. Richard Carr as a part-time director of counseling. In 2006, we expanded to Randolph County and opened a satellite office - Randolph County Christian Counseling - in Winchester, IN. Since then our staff has grown and we have trained numerous graduate interns over the years.
